They have one of everything and if they don't have it today, they'll get it for you in the next day or two.
H Street has the truly divine, old-school, shopping at it's finest in this establishment. None of the employees start walking away from you when you come in. Fact: your first time, you might not know who works there and who's hanging out. We're pretty sure the employees do not have to wear smocks with their compay logo. They're very helpful with questions, and you get to experience some neighborhood banter either in the store or nearby. If any one talks loud, it's not because they're mad at cha or don't want to help you—they're just either bickering amongst themselves or they REALLY DO want you to buy something. Wouldn't you?
Anyway, Parks has at least 3 generations [we think] serving you and you're definitely bound to find what you need. Only drawback might be that you actually wanted to cruz the shoppers instead of just getting hardware, [you know what we mean, lol]
