H Street Festival arrives.....

In just over 48 hours, H Street will be teaming with people instead of cars as [H Street Festival] arrives for 2013.  Go ahead, cheer!  It's gonna be a great day of fun, food, friends, music, crafts, entertainment (both professional and likely by your friends as well). 

Want the best view on H?  Stop in at Avery's Bar and Lounge.  It's new to the line up this year and their roof top deck view is to die for.   You can

see the Capitol Dome!  Who doesn't love that view?

The Rock & Roll Hotel will be offering  indoor entertainment with live bands and DJ's spinning your fav tunes from noon to 9 pm.  Stop in to hear some Reggae from Nappy Riddim or the likes of Gavin Holland an Chris Nitti mixing it up. 

CapKids at 9th and H will have the Beale Street Puppets, Izzy, games, theatre and all sorts of fun for the kids.

There is art to see at Gallery 0 on H, Connersmith, and G Art Galleries.  The official opening of Atlas Theatre's season arrives and there will be 10 stages full of entertainment along the 10 blocks of the festival!

What else is there?  Well, show up and take a stroll!  It's going to be a riotous good time!  All the fun you could ask for, [Live on H Street]!
