Ben's Chili Bowl Update

So, my venerable [H Street Peeps], I thought it time for a Ben's update on opening their H Street location.  It's going to be a while yet.  Likely around March 2014.  [sigh]  On the bright side, there will be Half Smokes on H Street for the next festival and during the summer!

Ben's purchased the building on the corner of 10th and H that housed a men's clothing shop.  It takes a lot of work to go from retail to restaurant.  It'll be worth it though!   Seats for 272 people!  And that delicious menu that is Ben's.

chili.  You know it's DC's signature food, right?  It's gonna be sooooooo good! 

And maybe, just maybe [H Street] will become the celebrity visiting spot.  Bill Cosby, President Obama both love Ben's.  How could they not love H Street too? 

So, faithful readers, we've got some time to
wait before popping down to H and 10th for some great Half Smokes.  But, it's worth the wait!
